Shipping Policy
  • We offer shipping to both local (Australia) and international destinations.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
     

Local Shipping (Australia):
 

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
     

International Shipping:
 

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom-made items and personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     

Refund Policy:
 

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges:
 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@hache.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items:
 

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).


Damaged or Defective Items:
 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/defect.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
